5 motivos para você parar e brincar com seu filho

“Brinca comigo?” Sim, provavelmente você já ouviu essa frase-convite da boca do seu filho. Ela é, geralmente, respondida com um: “sim, deixa só terminar o jantar!”

Há um problema nessa resposta? De forma alguma, afinal a gente nem sempre consegue atender imediatamente a um pedido de nosso filho, nem é para ser assim. Só que, depois de pronto o jantar, temos a lição de casa para verificar, as coisas do dia seguinte para preparar, um e-mail do trabalho que ainda precisa ser respondido, o banho do bebê para dar. Em suma, a pretensão do brincar depois de o jantar ficar pronto se transforma em “filho, podemos brincar amanhã?”

Na verdade, nem sempre conseguimos encontrar tempo em nossa vida cotidiana sobrecarregada para brincar com nossos filhos. Depois de um dia de trabalho, nem sempre temos energia para brincar apenas por diversão. Nada fácil, né?

Costumamos ouvir e dizer que a vida não é brincadeira! Não é faz de conta, ela é real e o real não é fácil de ser encarado. Passamos por muitas coisas que não são nada divertidas e, de fato, nossos filhos também passarão por isso. Por outro lado, podemos decidir trazer um pouco de leveza em nosso dia a dia. Afinal, pense um pouco, que arrependimentos você acha que terá aos 90 anos? O de não ter trabalhado o suficiente ou de não ter brincado o suficiente com seus filhos?

Às vezes, para partirmos para ação em relação algum objetivo, nós precisamos de motivo. Por isso, pensei em 5 motivos para que os pais brinquem mais com seus filhos. Claro, que podermos acrescentar outros aspectos importantes sobre o brincar nessa lista, mas na minha avaliação, esses são os mais fortes.

1. Brinque para se comunicar com seu filho:
A brincadeira é uma ótima maneira de se comunicar. Quando seu filho lhe pergunta “Você quer brincar comigo?” “Ouça esta frase como” quer saber o que fiz hoje? ” Quantas vezes queremos saber como foi o dia de nosso filho na escola e recebemos como resposta um: “Foi bom”! Que tal brincar de professor? Você vai ver que a criança acaba falando muito mais do seu cotidiano escolar por meio dessa brincadeira do que por meio de perguntas que você fizer. Isso tudo porque a criança expressa suas emoções, suas dúvidas, seus desejos, sua raiva também por meio de brincadeiras! As brincadeiras simbólicas (de imitação), como brincar de escola / com bonecas / de médico são altamente terapêuticas. Elas permitem que a criança repita cenas que viveu, para transmitir seus sentimentos e sua forma de ver o mundo. Eles também permitem que você perceba as situações que seu filho precisa explorar, entender.

2. Brinque para ganhar cumplicidade:
Nem preciso dizer que o brincar permite um vínculo maior com o filho! Ao passar bons momentos com ele, os vínculos de amor e confiança ficam bem mais estabelecidos entre vocês. Isso irá promover a sensação de bem estar, o que terá consequências positivas em sua cumplicidade. Brincadeiras cooperativas em que todos os participantes perdem ou ganham são excelentes para transmitir valores como o espírito de equipe, a confiança … Brincadeiras que estimulam a competição podem ajudar a criança a se supera e a testar suas habilidades. O mais importante é se divertir!!

3. Brinque para liberar a tensão:
Você sabia que durante a brincadeira, o corpo da criança libera vários hormônios que atuam no seu bem-estar e no seu desenvolvimento? A dopamina, o hormônio do prazer, aciona a atenção, a motivação, o desejo de experimentar coisas diferentes, o que significa por a imaginação para funcionar. Além disso, o brincar também permite que seu filho baixe o nível de cortisol, que é o hormônio do estresse. Sem contar que o brincar pode render boas risadas suas e do pequeno. Quer melhor maneira de liberar a tensão do que rir?!

4. Brinque para aprender as regras e limites.
O jogo permite que você aprenda os limites e respeite as regras: espere sua vez, não trapaceie, aceite a falha, não mude as regras durante um jogo … Você também pode abordar a questão das regras e limites durante um jogo. um jogo simbólico. Você joga a criança que tem um comportamento indesejado e seu filho joga o pai que diz para parar! O jogo também é um excelente meio para restaurar o equilíbrio entre pais e filhos. Muitas vezes os pais decidem e os filhos atuam (ou não! E felizmente!) No jogo, a relação se inverte. A criança não está mais sob o controle dos pais. É ele quem conduz a dança, quem conduz. É ele quem decide!  Brincar fortalece a criança. Portanto, é essencial deixá-lo gerenciar o jogo e obedecer às suas regras (pelo menos uma vez!). O período de oposição (cerca de 2 anos) é marcado por esta tomada de poder. A criança se afirma e decide “Não, não quero tomar banho! ” Jogar é uma ótima maneira de satisfazer sua necessidade de assumir o poder em um ambiente limitado e estruturado.

5. Brinque para facilitar o aprendizado.
Brincar é o meio preferido de expressão e aprendizagem. A aprendizagem pode ser descrita numa sucessão de 5 etapas: atenção, memorização, compreensão, reflexão e imaginação. O brincar constitui um excelente suporte dessas etapas.  Já tentou fazer seu filho parar de brincar quando para fazer outra coisa? Difícil, não é?! Isso acontece porque durante a brincadeira a criança fica bem focada no que está fazendo. O foco atencional dela está todo na brincadeira. O brincar também ajuda a memorizar melhor. Para dar um exemplo, retemos 10% do que lemos e 90% do que fazemos. Portanto, na minha opinião, transformar o dever de casa, quando possível, em um jogo é definitivamente a melhor coisa a fazer.  A manipulação de objetos é uma excelente maneira de fazer as pessoas entenderem (e, portanto, aprenderem) tabelas de multiplicação, por exemplo. Com a brincadeira, as crianças são atores em sua aprendizagem.

Bom, acho que agora você já tem motivos de sobra para dar mais lugar para o brincar na sua vida e na de seu filho. Não é fácil diante de tantas coisas que precisamos resolver, mas não dê muito valor para a quantidade. Talvez você não tenha uma hora para brincar com seu filho, nem consiga fazer isso todo santo dia. E tudo bem! Foque na constância. Reserve 15-20 minutos duas vezes na semana -se não pode fazer isso todos os dias – para brincar com ele, mas cuide para que esse momento seja cumprido! Não agende outros compromissos que venham tomar esse tempo. O montante pode ser pequeno, mas o impacto na vida do seu filho vai ser grande. Pode apostar!
