Três receitas de macarrão diferentes – a segunda é incrível

Quem tem filho ou filha que ama macarrão levanta a mão! Então, que tal começar a variar no
tradicional macarrão ao sugo ou a bolonhesa por aí? Isso mesmo! E, para rolar aquele incentivo,
separei 3 receitas de macarrão diferentes para vocês.
Antes de passar as 3 receitas de macarrão diferentes vale lembrar que, variar na forma de
apresentação e preparações que oferecemos no cardápio da nossa família evita que nossa
alimentação fique monótona ou ainda as crianças comecem a recusar certos alimentos ou
preparações.
Quem nunca viu uma criança que só come macarrão se for penne ao sugo ou então espaguete com molho branco? Pois é! Isso acontece porque muitas vezes nós não abrimos o leque das opções que podemos fazer tais receitas.
Mas chega de papo e bora anotar as 3 receitas de macarrão diferentes para vocês começarem a
variar no cardápio e, melhorar o repertório alimentar das crianças:

Macarrão do Hulk ou da Tinker Bell ou ao molho verde, vocês decidem de acordo com o mundo lúdico da pessoinha.
Ingredientes:
Fusilli ou o macarrão da sua preferência
Espinafre higienizado;
Ervilha fresca;
Coxa e sobrecoxa desossada;
1 cebola picada;
2 dentes de alho;
Salsinha;
pitada de curcuma;
pitada de sal;
1 colher de sopa de amido de milho;
creme de leite fresco.

Modo de preparo:
Na panela de pressão, refogue a cebola, o alho e acrescente o pedaço de frango. Tempere com
sal, curcuma e salsinha. Acrescente água, mais ou menos 1 litro. Depois que chiar a panela,
deixe por 25 minutos. Tire o frango e desfie com o garfo. Pegue 2 conchas do caldo do
cozimento do frango e, no liquidificador, acrescente as ervilhas e o espinafre. Bata bem. Leve ao
fogo com fio de azeite e deixe apurar. Coloque o amido de milho dissolvido em água ou leite.
Por último, acrescente o creme de leite fresco e o frango desfiado.
ATENÇÃO: o restante da água do cozimento do frango, use para cozinhar o macarrão!

Instantâneo Saudável
Macarrão com alho poró, abobrinha, brócolis, couve flor, ovo mexido, tomate cereja. Tudo feito
em uma panela só, total estilo #ReceitaMaternidadeColorida, pá-pum!
Refoga o alho poro e a abobrinha no azeite. Joga salsinha pra dar aquele sabor. Quebra o ovo, acrescenta e mexe! Depois o brócolis e a couve flor já cozidos e picados. Agora chegou a vez
de colocar o macarrão da sua preferência já cozido e, por último o tomate picado. Agora é só
servir.

Espaguete com brócolis alho e óleo à bolonhesa
Ingredientes:
Espaguete
2 dentes de alho
2 xícaras de brócolis cozido picadinho
Salisinha a gosto
Pitada de sal
Molho a bolonhesa

Modo de preparo:
Refogue o alho no azeite e jogue o brócolis. Coloque o macarrão já cozido e misture bem.
Acrescente 1 colher de sopa de manteiga (opcional, mas fica uma delícia). Salpique a salsinha e
o sal. Coloque em um refratário. Por último, cubra com seu molho a bolonhesa.
